Cancellation Policy

At Osai Media Pvt. Ltd., we value the time, effort, and resources invested in every project. To ensure fairness and clarity, we follow the below cancellation policy:

Service-Based Cancellation:

Cancellations must be requested in writing via email. Once the project planning and initial strategy discussions are complete, cancellation requests will not be eligible for a full refund, as resources are already allocated.

Digital Marketing Services:

For campaign-based services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc.), cancellations must be made 7 working days before the campaign start date. If a campaign has already gone live, cancellations will not be entertained.

Traditional Marketing Services:

For print, design, and offline marketing services, cancellations will only be accepted before the production or printing process begins. Once printing, booking, or execution has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Retainer & Subscription Services:

Retainer clients must provide 30 days’ notice for cancellation of monthly/quarterly contracts.

Refund Policy

Our services involve intellectual effort, strategy, and execution; hence refunds are limited to specific conditions.

Eligibility for Refund:

If services have not yet started and the cancellation is raised in the allowed timeline, a partial refund (up to 60%) may be processed after deducting administrative and resource allocation costs. For prepaid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads), unused ad spend balances (if any) will not be refunded it will remains on platform, subject to their policies.

Non-Refundable Cases:

Refunds will not be provided once work has been initiated, strategies have been shared, or campaigns have gone live. Refunds are not applicable for delays or changes caused by incomplete inputs, delayed feedback, or client-side approvals.

Custom/Traditional Marketing:

Design, printing, and offline marketing activities that have already entered production are non-refundable.

Refund Timeline:

Approved refunds will be processed within 20–25 working days through the original payment method.
